30-day returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping for both change-of-mind returns and quality-related issues. Contact us before sending your parcel so we can provide the return instructions and the appropriate shipping arrangement. Our business correspondence address is not automatically a return destination.
Refund process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision and any next steps. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing by the store and the time your payment provider takes to post the credit are separate stages; we will provide the applicable status when confirming your refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange a suitable return, replacement or refund.
